Jessica is a warm and genuine therapist who focuses on deep connection with her clients. Her empathetic approach allows clients to feel understood and not judged. Jessica creates a trusting environment where clients can feel safe in their work with her. Jessica completely relates to the stressors of new life transitions. Moving through life transitions is a difficult part of life that no one warns you about. Jessica’s strengths-based approach helps clients feel confident in themselves and their abilities as they navigate challenges. Jessica also employs a Cognitive Behavioral approach in helping clients work towards their goals, as together they reframe negative thoughts in order to inform future actions. Jessica also works within a psychodynamic framework to ensure her client work has a holistic context, as each client's individual story informs the goals they set in their therapeutic journey.
